"I live with passion what I do, my surroundings, my environment.I love to be curious by nature. So naturally I went to these two trades that are drama and Gestalt therapy. Two lines or movement is practiced, the one with the text and how to appropriate it, the other with the movement itself to itself to be in harmony and balance with the environment.
I discovered dance, some ten years, through various practices, then the 5 Rhythms appeared to me and I knew I had found the practice I was looking for, the 5 rhythms dance is a full dance or the whole body awakes up, gets under way, starts moving. I can unfold, I can feel in my various facets of "dancing man". I found the anchor, the percussion of the body, clarity, letting go, forgetting the "brains", lightness, serenity, life in the inside and in the outside the quiet.
This practice helps me in my daily life to explore my polarities.
