Tečaj permakulturnog dizajna prenosi znanje i vještine potrebne za projektiranje i provedbu održivih životnih sustava koji su u ravnoteži s prirodnim ekosustavima.
Tečaj se održava u Milni na Braču, a vode ga Miroslav i Karmela Kiš, diplomirani dizajneri permakulture.
Vrijeme održavanja tečaja je od 24.5. do 6.6.2014. godine.
Tečaj je međunarodni, održava se na engleskom jeziku, a pozivamo i sve zainteresirane osobe iz Hrvatske.

Two-Week Permaculture Design Course on the Croatian Island Brač - 24th May-6th June 2014
Learn sustainable living skills and earn an internationally recognised certificate for sustainability consulting! Discover how to plan food forests, organic gardens, natural buildings, renewable energy systems, rainwater catchment, aquaculture, urban permaculture, and much more! The Permaculture Design Course teaches the knowledge and skills needed to design and implement sustainable living systems in balance with natural ecosystems.
Learn how to work with nature to create a greener world! The Permaculture Design Course teaches how to apply nature-based permaculture design for both personal and professional use, to promote healthy communities and a meaningful, fulfilling lifestyle. Upon completion of the course graduates receive a Permaculture Design Certificate, an internationally-recognized credential for sustainability consulting. The course is classroom-based with some outdoor hands-on projects. It will be held in English.
Instructors
Karmela und Miroslav Kiš, renowned permaculture designers, have a long-standing experience in permaculture, organic gardening and ecological garden design. In 2010 they earned their Permaculture Diplomas as an recognition for their wealth of knowledge. More about Karmela and Miroslav.
Location
The emerging Gea Viva site, 15 minutes' walk from the sea and the village of on the beautiful Croatian island Brač. The nearest city is Split.
Accommodation
Free camping available on site with compost toilet, basic showers and cooking facilities. Alternatively we can book a shared room for you in the village for 15 Euros per night,a single room for 25 Euros a night or an apartment for two for 40 Euros a night.
Food
There is an option to cook vegetarian food taking turns. The cost for all meals is 120 Euros, for lunch only 60 Euros.
Course Structure
The course will run every day from 9.00 - 13.00 and from 16.30 – 19.30 giving you a long lunch break to relax or go swimming.
Cost & Discounts
Teaching is 550 Euros per person. To secure your place, please pay a deposit of 200 Euros to Gea Viva. Receive a 10% discount if you register with a friend or family member. A limited number of scholarships are available for Croatian citizens.

Gea Viva is a developing eco education centre offering permaculture, ecological construction, meditation in nature, geomancy and Earth healing projects. It features a stone circle auditorium and a garden with medicinal plants is in the making.
